What We Monitor

HubCreate Signals are organized into logical business pillars. By monitoring these specific areas, we ensure that your HubSpot portal doesn't just "stay on," but actually stays optimized. Here is a breakdown of the primary categories the tool monitors and the logic used to trigger alerts.

1. Marketing Velocity & Traffic

We monitor the flow of demand into your portal. This isn't just a count of sessions; we analyze Quality of Health (QOH) across your acquisition channels.

  • Drift Detection: If visits or contact creations drop by more than 25%–40% vs. the previous 30 days, we trigger a TRAFFIC_DROP signal.
  • Traffic Quality: We monitor for sudden spikes in Bounce Rate or drops in Time Per Session, which often indicate bot traffic or broken landing pages.
  • Paid Search Integrity: Signals will alert you if Paid Search traffic falls to near zero, indicating a potential tracking script failure or campaign pause.

2. Data Hygiene & Infrastructure

Clean data is the fuel for automation. We monitor for "Property Sprawl" and record completeness to prevent your CRM from becoming a "data swamp."

  • Missing Attributes: We flag high percentages of records missing Owner, Email, or First Name. If assignment is < 15%, it triggers a Critical Hygiene alert.
  • Data Debt: We identify custom properties with a fill rate of less than 1%. Excessive custom fields (300+) trigger Property Sprawl warnings to protect API performance.

3. Lifecycle & Pipeline Integrity

This is the most critical area for Sales/Marketing alignment. We monitor how leads move (or don't move) through your funnel.

  • Funnel Stagnation: We flag portals where more than 40% of MQLs have had zero activity in 30+ days.
  • MQL-to-SQL Gaps: If the ratio exceeds 30:1, we signal a potential "Sales Acceptance" issue.
  • Deal Decay: We monitor pipelines for overdue close dates or deals "stuck" in a stage for over 30 days, identifying risks in your sales forecast.

4. Asset Performance (Email & Forms)

Continuous monitoring of your conversion assets ensures your lead capture remains functional.

  • Form Friction: We flag forms with 0% conversion rates or those with a "Zero Submission" history over the last 30 days.
  • Sender Reputation: Critical alerts are triggered if Email Bounce Rates exceed 6% or Spam Reports exceed 2%, protecting your domain health.
