Team Members
Team Members is where you see who belongs to your HubCreate organization and control access. You can invite a colleague by email, see their role and status, and — if you are an Admin — deactivate or reactivate their account.
Opening Team Members
Open Account Settings, then the Team Members tab.
Everyone in the organization can open this tab and see the roster. Billing & Pricing is a separate tab, and only Admins see it.
Inviting a teammate
Send an invite
- Go to Account Settings → Team Members.
- Click Invite members.
- Enter their email address.
- Click Send Invite.
HubCreate emails them a link to join your organization. The link expires after 7 days. There is no role picker on the invite: everyone who accepts joins as a Member.
You cannot invite your own email. You also cannot invite an address that already has a HubCreate account, or send a second invite while an earlier one for that address is still active. Wait until it expires, then send a new one.
What the invitee does
The email link opens a sign-up page for that address. They set a password and are added to your organization as a Member. The invitation is then used up.
Pending invites are not listed on the Team Members page. The roster updates when they finish signing up.
Roles
HubCreate has two roles. The person who creates the organization is an Admin. People who join from an invite are Members. The Team Members page does not include a control to change someone’s role.
| Admin | Member | |
|---|---|---|
| View the team roster | Yes | Yes |
| Invite a teammate | Yes | Yes |
| Deactivate or reactivate someone else | Yes | No |
| Open Billing & Pricing | Yes | No |
| Delete a package | Yes | No |
| See billing events in Activity | Yes | No |
Both roles use the rest of the workspace, including imports, deployments, and audits.
The roster
Each row shows:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| User | Email address |
| Role | Admin or Member |
| Status | Active or Inactive |
| Joined Date | When they created their account |
| Actions | Deactivate or Reactivate, for Admins looking at someone else |
Your own row has no actions. You cannot deactivate yourself.
Deactivating and reactivating
Admins can turn off another person’s access without deleting them.
- Go to Account Settings → Team Members.
- Find the person.
- Click Deactivate and confirm.
They cannot sign in while inactive. Their past activity stays in the Activity log. Click Reactivate to turn the account back on.
Deactivating someone does not free a seat. Inactive accounts still count toward your plan’s team limit.
Team size limits
Invites and new sign-ups stop when the organization is at its seat limit. The limit is the number of user accounts on the organization, including inactive ones. An invite that has not been accepted yet does not count.
| Plan | Team members |
|---|---|
| Basic | 3 |
| Pro | 10 |
| Enterprise | Unlimited |
Admins can review or change the plan under Account Settings → Billing & Pricing. See Plans / Billing.
